Product: Honey

Honey really is nature’s little wonder. So many uses! Did you know that it makes a fantastic facial mask? I kid you not. The next time you are able to steal yourself some time for a relaxing soak in the tub, be sure to slather a teaspoon of honey all over your freshly washed and exfoliated face. You’ll be gobsmacked by the results. Just a half hour on the face and your skin will be noticeably softer, firmer and more radiant. Cross my heart and hope to die, this stuff is better than any mask I’ve ever used. At $3.99 for 12 oz, it’s a hell of a lot cheaper too!

Red Bag

How fabulous is this bag? No, those are not amphibian scales. Bite your tongue! I always find myself carrying a lot more than I probably should. This is a bag that works for someone like me. It’s big enough for the essentials (Blackberry, wallet, a few make up bits, etc) yet it’s small enough that it doesn’t allow for overloads. I’ve always been a fan of purple & red so that just made this gift even better. Isn’t it lovely when you receive a gift that is so personally perfect? (bag: Roberto Mengoni)

and check out the detail in the lining…

Red bag lining

This was another gem of a gift. I really scored this weekend, didn’t I? It’s the ultimate in tote bags for a fan of our new president. Like I mentioned, I tend to haul more than I should and this is the answer to my problem. It’s a heavy duty canvas tote with a flattened bottom which will work well for dragging my essentials around the city.
