So, fall is upon us. Back to school, closet cleaning, pre-holiday, a momentus voting season – it may mean something different to each of us. For the fashion industry, ’tis the season for sensory overload. FASHION WEEK IS NEXT WEEK -yes, get ready! We saw the tents going up last week and got that little flippy feeling in our stomach.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be previewing some of the colors & silhouettes for fall as we prep our closets for the new season. We’re liking the yellow and black seen at the end of summer, leading into fall. Yellow is not normally our friend considering our pale-skin factor. The idea above is to keep it on the bottom if you can’t put it near your face. And remember, when wearing your top untucked keep it either above or below the widest portion of your hips. We’ve all got ‘em and should be proud no matter the size. However, why make them the focal point when going to the expense of plopping down a week’s salary on the heels??
