Orilla Cork Wedge As far as I’m concerned, a summer wardrobe just isn’t complete without a pair of cork wedge sandals. Wedge heals can be worn with almost anything. They look cute and sassy with shorts of all lengths and can be worn with dresses of both the mini and maxi variety. They have the added bonus of making legs look long, fit and toned. They are a miracle shoe.

Three years ago I set out in search of the perfect cork wedge sandal. I searched high and low but was dismayed not to be able to find exactly what I was looking for. I was about to loose all hope when a girlfriend suggested I try Zappos.com. I was wary about buying shoes online, but I decided to throw the dice, and boy was I glad I did.

A quick search on Zappos turned up exactly what I was looking for. I quickly ordered two pairs of o-ring cork wedges in navy and black linen. The shoes arrived a day later at no extra shipping cost. They fit perfectly and were incredibly comfortable. They became and still are the go-to summer shoe in my wardrobe.

So, why am I telling you about these shoes three years later? Because they are still available on the Zappos website, that’s why! At $41.90 a pair, they are a steal that can’t be passed up.
