Style

If we ran the world, this would be our dress code. A girl can dream.

How fun would it be if everyone you ran into during your stressed out workday dressed with such fervor? Fellow commuters, shopkeepers, cab drivers, waiters, teachers, bosses…even our president…wouldn’t the world be a nicer place? I mean how could you have subway-rage with someone wearing a birdcage dress? We think it would genuinely bring everyone together, stirring up conversations with strangers, simply to find out how one got their hands on that fab big-bird inspired gown and how suiting to wear for their big Thursday presentation.

Think about it.

Off we go to get our hands on those Amapo studded boots. wow.

Highlighted designers: Francis Montesinos, Jose Castro, Alain Marzan & Frank Quevado, Imane Ayissi, Lie Sang Bong, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Emma Batten, Fidel David, Gattinoni Haute Couture, Ashish and Amapo.

We apologize in advance for the lax commentary this morning but we are lucky to have had ten minutes to shower & get dressed. (and we really should have used this posting time for our morning hair time – it’s not looking good!) Today is a running day – from one eventful meeting to the next and it will all crumble if we’re late to the first.

Enjoy the pix below. And of course…more to come
